  • 100% physical inspection of Public Housing Authorities.

  • Due diligence analysis of properties for individual or bulk asset sales.
    Pre-conveyance single-family inspections.

  • Health and life safety assessments including ADA and Section 504 compliance).

  • Fire safety inspections.

  • Regular periodic inspections for securitized pools.

  • Specific problem asset physical analysis with repair/upgrade pricing.

The MTB Group has developed an electronic scoring system based on the HUD/REAC Uniform Physical Condition Standards (UPCS) which provides a pro forma score nearly identical to the HUD/REAC scoring. MTB has inspected tens of thousands of properties using various versions of the HUD UPCS Software. We are the leader in the industry and understand every aspect of the UPCS as well as the PASS (Property Assessment Sub-System).

  • These scores utilize the latest Public Version of HUD/REAC Physical Inspection Software.

  • Each property can be 100% inspected with a score generated based on our internally developed scoring system.

  • Reports are electronically retrieved and/or available in hard copy with a separate Deficiency Report to assist in generating maintenance Work Orders.

  • A quality control process to insure federal requirements is satisfied.

The MTB Group has been involved with the HUD/REAC Physical Assessment Sub-System (PASS) and the Uniform Physical Condition Standards (UPCS) since their inception and currently has a large cadre of highly trained inspectors and engineers throughout the United States, and it’s territories available to perform inspections. Our public housing division specializes in meeting the needs of low-income multi family housing providers.

The “electronic inspection” benefits the client in many ways. By utilizing hand-held computers, the Internet and versatile software, turn around time is minimized, reports can be designed and tailored to fit any need, and results are standardized, reflecting a much higher level of quality.
